Please inspect your molds upon arrival and test cast. Any damage, defects, incorrect items, or other concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so I can help determine the best next steps.

Issues reported outside of the 14-day notification period may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution. Please also review the Mold Care Guide before use, as proper casting, demolding, cleaning, and storage are important to maintaining the shape and condition of your mold.

Orders generally ship next business day but can take up to 3-10 business days depending on the size of the order. International orders, please add 2-3 days processing time. If you want an exact estimate pleasecontact us.

Exposing the casting frame to temperatures over 100 °F will warp or distort the frame. This includes sunlight. Frames and silicone are not dishwasher safe.

When de-molding, please gently work the mold from the casting. While silicone stretches, over stretching can cause tears. Sharp edges, including fingernails, can slice or tear your mold.

Clean your mold after each use with warm soapy water, this removes any residue left by the casting medium. Wipe dry or air dry.

NEVER leave the mold flipped inside out, including while cleaning or drying. Return the mold to its original shape immediately after demolding. Leaving silicone inverted can stretch or distort the mold and affect future castings.

Modern Craft Labs ships most molds worldwide. If you choose to use a freight forwarding service to ship to an international address you do so at your own risk.

We do not sell the supports separately. If your mold support is damaged pleasecontact us with pictures.

We use high quality platinum cure silicone. While we use the highest quality materials the physical life of the mold depends on how you use it and how often. We will offer technical assistance when we can but please understand that there are variables outside of our control to guarantee our product will work for a specific application, medium, or length of time. If you are planning to use our molds in a production setting, please know your silicone molds are consumable items. Silicone molds do age over time, this includes shrinking. It is your responsibility to research fully the medium you plan to use including strength, needed ratio, ease of use and impact on the silicone.
