Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unused molds initiated within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be:

• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• Free from casting residue, stains, damage, or wear
• Returned in their original packaging

Returned items must be received within 30 days of return authorization to remain eligible for a refund or exchange.

Used or Damaged Returns & Exchanges

Silicone molds are considered used if they show any signs of casting, wear, staining, residue, stretching, deformation, tears, cuts, or other alterations from their original condition.

Any mold returned for a refund or exchange in used condition, damaged condition, altered condition, or without its original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and will receive a maximum refund or exchange credit equal to 50% of the original purchase price. 

Items that are used or no longer resalable will not be eligible for any refund or exchange credit.

Refunds & Exchange Credits

• Eligible returns meeting all requirements will receive a full refund of the purchase price or full exchange credit.
• Returns received in used condition, damaged condition, altered condition, or without original packaging will receive a refund or exchange credit of up to 50% of the original purchase price.
• Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
• Any price difference for exchanged items must be paid prior to shipment. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, any applicable refund will be issued according to the conditions above.

Inspection and determination of item condition are made at the sole discretion of Modern Craft Labs.
