Modern Craft Labs now ships worldwide via DHL. 

All orders shipped to Internationally are processed with an extra 1-3 business day process time. While all orders are visually inspected, domestic and international, we have added additional processing time to international orders to allow for a more thorough inspection. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or invoice. Please know we are shipping DHL internationally. We do not provide any rush international options. Our delivery estimates are based on our shipping carrier estimates and are not a guarantee. If there is abnormal delay please contact us and we will try to work with the carriers to resolve.

European Shipping 

We are now shipping to Europe through our Etsy store as well. 

Canada

We can use Acendia as our international delivery partner to Canada. This service uses USPS to your local postal carrier. Below please find sample rates so you can get a better idea what the shipping costs are.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance for all international orders.

*Example: if you purchased $100 of goods the insurance would be $.50. If you purchase a single mold for $39.95 and ship UPS, you automatically get up to $100 in insurance.

*If you choose insurance please understand there is a delay in claims. You must wait 40 days after the package shipment date before filing a claim. 

Damages

Modern Craft Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please notify us immediately if you have shipping insurance. We will help you with your claim and to resolve the issue. Please understand if there is damage or loss to your shipment, there will be a delay on your replacement or refund until confirmation of the insurance claim. You must wait 40 days after the package shipment date for international shipments before filing a claim. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Modern Craft Labs LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

All shipment shipment to APO/FBO addresses will be held to our international processing times and insurance requirements. 

Freight Forwarding

If you choose to use a freight forwarding service to ship to an international address you do so at your own risk. All United States policies apply and Modern Craft Labs only issues return and exchange labels to US addresses. Modern Craft Labs won't be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to packages after they're confirmed delivered to freight forwarders by our shipping partners. 

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders outside of the EU. Please inspect your mold(s) upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order please reach out immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.
